I fully agreed with one review I read when Force Awakens came out. He said "It's better than it needed to be".

But anyone who has not seen TFA yet may very well find it mediocre because it has obviously not been a priority :-P

I saw the original Star Wars in the theater when it came out. Never got into any of the non Luke, Lei, Hans ones. I don't think I even got through one of them. So when this one came out I was very excited and watched the trailer like 10 times in a row. Just haven't seen it.

I saw the original Star Wars in the theater. I haven't seen another one in the theater after that. I did catch bits and pieces on HBO or one of the movie channels. Just never really became a fan of them. I'm not criticizing them, just saying I don't get into the sci-fi thing.

On another note, my office sits on federal property which also includes a municipal airport and an ANG base. Now that the weather is getting better, I'm thinking of finding out how I can get on board a chopper owned by a resident of the city. I'd love to go up and get some aerial shots, plus for as much as I hate to fly, it's been a dream of mine to fly in a chopper just once... just not the life-flight type.

The 1st time I was ever in a plane I didn't land in it as I went skydiving. Killed 2 birds with one stone at the time.

Can't help here. I don't remember much of the 80's. I just know I was really cool. I know this because in all the photos of me in the 80's I was wearing shades. 8-)

Is it true they fly around until the last jumper is out? Like...there's no going back?

Happy Birthday Ms. Mel.

Don't now I jumped 1st. I think they cut the engines and pretend they are going down.

I think they cut the engines to reduce the turbulence next to the plane... to avoid a chance of you being thrown back into the tail of the plane.

or were you just kidding.....

It was a static line jump. They have us hold a rock and jump to make sure we drop.

Jay, you're really giving the Title Fairy something good to work with here.

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
