I've always been very happy with this camera and the Canon 15-85mm - although my wife has recently inherited this lens from me as I've recently bought the 16-35mm L F4.

How is the 16-35L on the 70D? Been wanting to get that for a while now....

Canon 70D | 10-18 IS STM | 24 STM | 35 IS USM | 100 f/2.8 L USM Macro | 70-200 f/4 L USM

I've not done much with that combination as my wife now has that lens.

However I've a couple here and I'd say I was pretty happy.

A ton of really great photos in this thread! I haven't posted in awhile so here's a couple birds I shot over the weekend.

Both shot with the Sigma 120-300 f/2.8 OS

A toad and a cranefly tonight... Did notice during the edit that there are some aphids on the back of the toad too if you look closely...

No just the bare lens. Been some good colour lately. I missed a blood red one the other night because I was stuck down the island with a broken down car!

That Bluebird house has been out there for 3 or 4 years and this is the first time any Bluebirds have used it. We're pretty excited.

Those are stunners Rose; great captures!

This is my last one from our trip to our nation's capital, and it's by far my favorite. It made it to "popular" on 500px in minutes, somewhat affirming my affinity for it.

Thanks for looking at my long, hopefully at least somewhat entertaining set!
