I borrowed this lens twice. It is like a gem with unparalleled sharpness and dream bokeh. The problem to me is..to overcome focusing problem. I shoot kids portrait most of the time and I need a fast focusing lens which can lock on focus quick and sharp like 135L. The Zeiss f1.8 is amazingly sharp as well. I ended up returning STF. Another lens is 100f2.8 variosoft. Canon, Nikon, Sony, Minolta, Fujifilm, Sigma, Tamron & Tokina
