I like the pitching action. It's a shame the background sucks. Unfortunately, something we can't always control.

Couple from a game yesterday

These are great.

It's interesting.....you're always told to keep your eye on the ball but in picture 3 above, doesn't it appear that the baseman is in fact not looking at the ball?

I'd say that he is likely following the ball in his peripheral (while trying to keep an eye on the runner). That being said, I thought the same thing when looking at the pic.

Waterdawg, for a young man, #5 is stretching out and putting everything into the pitch. If he stays healthy wonder just how hard he'll throw as a Junior/Senior, probably be tough on those batting against him.

Grizz1, thank you. He's a bit undersized and young (should be in 8th grade, but we started him in school early), but he can ramp it up close the bigger freshman. He really drives off his back foot when he throws. He relies more on his location and change of speed, but has had some great success so far. Its been real fun to watch and shoot.
