Anyone else feel this way? I understand that they are all transportation, but I feel like there is enough action to split the two into their own separate subforums.

When was that? If you look at the "Last Post" #s, after the first 3 they're 4 days old & older?
OTOH, in Birds, only the last one on the first page is 1 day old.

That's pretty good for most of the forums I am on.

Honestly, I just don't want to wade through all of the plane and train threads. So therefore I don't spend the time viewing threads and posting.

So you think that having Pekka split the forum & then separate & move part of 38, 501 threads to Planes/Trains is a good solution?

Or split them up and let people start posting in new forums. Did I ever say anything about moving old threads?

Been here a long time & have no problems with it the way it is. I look at what interests me & ignore what doesn't based on title, & I'm sure I miss a few good threads thanks to titles that don't catch my eye. Once I notice a busy one I usually take a look even if the title didn't hook me up front.

the last post on the first page here is over 4 months old. i could see if it was a heavily trafficed area like the for sale section where things drop off the first page in 4 hours, but this just isn't the case here. leave it as it is.

I'm not talking the "talk" section, the actual photo posting forum. Currently it goes back 5 days.
