Tips for shooting food trucks

Hey folks,

I'm working on a project where I am shooting about 70 food trucks, and I need some ideas to spice up the photos of the food, so they all don't look similar. I've shot about half and my idea tank is running low, any help is appreciated.

My general setup is 2 bodies, a 28-70 f2.8, 70-200 f4 and an 85 1.8.

Long exposure, so that the environment and people are moving, but the food truck is isolated and stoic.

You should get constant variety from using the truck artwork/style as a key background element for the food. I would also bring a stock of plates, glasses, food paper, and silverware to help spice up the photos.

Both Mal's and Scott's ideas are very interesting... can you please post some of the photos that you have taken?
