I don't have my own AD600 yet to confirm, but from reading the manual it appears you need to press the Wireless Selection Button to enable TTL as a selectable option. Otherwise you'll see only M and Multi.

This is from p. 34 of the manual on Godox's site

Didn't see that in the a Flashpoint manual. It just says to press the mode button from what I read. I'll give that a try when I get home. Thanks.

Got it working, thanks.

Quick noob question  This is the first flash I've ever owned. My transmitter is a Godox X1-C. Shooting with a 5D Mark III.

I received my AD600BM and I've been trying to get it to use HSS, but I know I'm doing something wrong.

I attached a picture below of my settings on the AD600.

My understanding is that I should force the shutter speed up and that the flash would then fire more power. So I had my camera in manual, with shutter speed 1000, aperture 2.8. Unfortunately it doesn't seem that HSS is working as the scene is very underlit. Whenever I try to manually turn the power up on the flash (ie. change the 1/128 down to 1/1), as soon as I press half-shutter, it resets to 1/128, every single time.

Please help  Thanks guys!

X1 overrules the AD600 with the setting on the X1.

Adorama is closed until Monday for passover anyways. They may have some more in route but just don't have the website updated. That's my hope anyways....

Finally, after 35 years in photography I’m now free of extension cords and plugging lights in. With my previous (three) PCB Einstein set-up the cords plus extension cords weighed as much as two of these new CL-600X units, not to mention all the room they took up.

To top it off EVERYTHING shown here is controlled by one X1 unit. In the past, with my PCB and Canon gear, it required six individual receivers and transmitters to make this happen.

Considering all the POWER you can hold in one hand with the Extension Head I must say I don’t find the size or weight of the 600X units to be a problem, especially once it’s contained into a small sling bag that you can hook on the stand or carry.

Items shown:
Paul C Buff 86” soft silver PLM.
Cheetah CL-600X with 7” reflector, barn door and filter holder.
Cheetah CL-600X with 7” reflector.
Cheetah CL-600X unit with Extension Head.
I love the build quality of this new head, plus it is so compact and light!
IKEA (DYI) Beauty Dish with one CL-360XC (TTL).
Godox TT685C with Rayflash (On Tripod).

The transmitter is on backorder, but Adorama shipped both my Xplors. I already have one Xplor with a transmitter, so I don't really need the other two transmitters...but they were "free," so I ordered the bundle, anyway. Nice to have a spare or two as I've lost transmitters/receivers before.

Anyway, got my first Xplor Monday...next two will be here next week. :D

Not entirely true. Adorama picked up my phone call this morning and shipped my two Xplors a couple hours ago.

They sent me the XPLOR600 while backordering the X1Ts in the bundle. They also backordered the remote head. I cancelled the head and ordered it from Edward at Cheetahstand. When I talked to him yesterday he had them in stock not sure for how long.
