He managed the lens hood this time. Back story on this, Cameron is diabetic, he hates to go outdoors but seems to be more willing to go for a good walk with a camera in his hands. He started out the walk at about 250 mg/l and ended up at about 80 by the time we were done. 80 being normal for most of us.

Heya,

Fellow birder that I talked to today, he was on a motorcycle with his wife, and they were birding. Looked like he was shooting a 7D + 400 F5.6L. Nice couple to share the shore line with this afternoon.

Photographer's Finish Line...

A little 'Throwback-Thursday' to the 2014 Breeder's Cup at Santa Anita Racetrack... Photogs waiting for the winning horse to cruise-on-by for a little photo-op!!! On a side note, I just got the Canon 7D2 a few days prior (Wednesday) before the public got it (Friday)... Tested it out at the BC event and it worked flawlessly with whatever scenario I threw at it... Unfortunately, it's still a backup-backup body to my 1DX and 1D4... Nonetheless, I know it's willing and able to go whenever I need its services... Hehehehe... 7D2 + 300 2.8L 'non-IS'... ISO 500, f/2.8 @ 1/400sec...

;)
