This was an opposites weekend. I shot a black tie society gala and a heavy metal rock festival. I don't care for the "music" and it was very hot, dusty and extremely LOUD, but the people are such good photo subjects. The photo release doesn't allow to post performer photos anywhere other than my outlet, but the first photo is the photographer "pit" for Megadeath. I'm taller than most of them so I waded in and held the camera above my head with the screen tilted down. It worked great and I think was the only one with an a6000. The second photo just happened. I was shooting the band and turned into the sun to see the crowd surfer coming in, so I just shot a few, hence the weird camera settings of 1/2500 at f4.5. Pretty good depth of field for almost wide open though. I love carrying this camera.
