I enjoyed all your posts, but this one...wow!

Thanks so much. Love your roping shots as well. My above shots were with a 300/2.8 which really limited my ability to capture good roping shots as they closed distance. I have since picked up a 200-400/4 that should help give me some more keepers in roping and rough stock. :)

Thank you and good luck with that new lens. I struggle with team roping and switching from header to heeler, by the time I start to figure it out, the season ends.
I checked out your web site and followed you on Instagram. Great stuff, look forward to seeing future posts. :-)

Not sure this qualifies as Rodeo. Taken in Georgetown, Texas. Maxed out ISO with a slow lens.

Nice. Looks like it was taken at a Jr. Rodeo (I think it works). :-)

perfectly timed extension with front feet off the ground, that's an "all out" position for the horse....rider will get penalized for not having his toes more outwards on that shoulder rake, good job on your part.

My husband will be roping at a World Series roping this weekend and hopefully I'll get some good pictures to post here. :-)
Here's a shot from a practice session last weekend.
