Well, if it hasn't been done yet, then someone should invent a motorcycle helmet with a rear view camera that projects into the visor. Kind of Google-Glass-esque.

Done, hasn't really taken off though despite the idea being around for a couple of years I think.

Another company, Intelligent Cranium, tried to crowdfund the development of their version (which looked absolutle amazing), and received only $3000 of a target $300,000 in one month so the project was shelved.

When you're going faster than everyone else, you don't need to see what's behind you?

I've been riding for 50 years and I find no humor in your statement. But, it is your life.

There are old riders and there are bold riders.....but there are no old bold riders.

I was in this one race with a guy on my butt, so going down a straight I made sure that he saw me reach up & turn the mirror down. I guess I made my point because he backed off a little!  ; D

I patiently waited a long time for the right, white car to come along for a shoot here. Took me awhile to find a location like this but it finally all played out.

Good choice, & it stands out well from that background. If you wait until later when the clouds go away, or shoot on a clear blue sky day, then the highlights in the hood will be clean.

I don't even own nor ride a motorcycle. I see a lot of bikers who do crazy things. It is their life.

Thanks, yeah I wanted the clouds though. They give a depth to the sky.

I think you should take up the issues with motorcyclists, no? Replying to me is just simply preaching the the choir. Lots of people do stupid things. In bikes, in cars, walking while on phones. Stupidity is all around us. Stay clear of those who do stupid things and you increase your chance of extending your life. But then, cancer can still sneak up on you too. Isn't life a drag?

Got this yesterday morning during a foggy canyon run. It made for some interesting lighting as the sun crept over the mountain crest and lit up all the fog.
