My girl is getting ready to graduate, so I thought I'd share some of her portraits. I tried to do the full 4-season, but we got almost no snow this winter (VERY odd for New Hampshire) and she's not much of a winter gal, anyway, so that's fine. She loves warm weather, sunshine, pink, arts-and-crafts, her cat, and anything girlie. Of course, I had to highlight her "princess" side, but her personality is anything but. She's my shy, reluctant model and, that being the case, we were quite happy to get these. I am still working on them and will share more later. CC is welcome and ask me anything.

Another nice set. I'm going to show my daughters these pictures to convince them to pose for some pictures.

Thank you, nsaldanh. My daughter is actually quite shy, so if these photos inspire your daughter, that is great! :)

Beautiful, inspiring work as always Kristin.

Your daughter is very photogenic - the truly beautiful (inside and out) people in this world typically have no idea how pretty they are!

Thank you, Bill -- and it's so true. I'm sure that most of us deal with models (relatives or not) who constantly criticize their photos and all we can see is beauty. It's one of the toughest things for me to deal with in photography. How do we take pictures to make each individual feel like they look beautiful? It's a daunting task.
