Wow, great stuff in this thread!

Here's a selfie from today.. I missed focus but it's kind of difficult to focus with the camera turned on me.

I recently shot Little League Baseball team and individual pictures this past Saturday... I purchased a Denny Mfg backdrop to use for the pics and I decided to use it last night for my weekly self portrait for my 52 week project.

Setup: 430exII bare and zoomed to 105mm with rust colored gel (2 1/3 stop) and Einstein strobe camera left modified with a gridded 12x60 strip box

I was playing around with the Camranger in the backyard today.

Here I am today, at 43 (I'm unimpressed any time a camera is pointed in my direction . . . even when I'm the one that has done the pointing  ):

The latest photo or the one from when I was 17?

If it is the latest one, you need your eyes checked. :p My eyes are droopy and I've gone "jowly." I'm not very wrinkly yet, though.

Shelley, you are beautiful and young at 43. I wish, I was your age again, young lady :) I could be your mother. Really. I'll be 64 in June.

Methinks you're prettier at 43 than at 17. And that's not a compliment, but the truth.

'The success of the second-rate is deplorable in itself; but it is more deplorable in that it very often obscures the genuine masterpiece. If the crowd runs after the false, it must neglect the true.' —Arthur Machen

Although I do love the gritty '70s look of you at 17 in 1990, I was commenting on your new photo at 43...Gorgeous!

OK, I have to say it again. I prefer you at the lovely age of 43! And I'm totally straight, Shelley :)
