What a boat! Those things were over 19 feet long & over 5,000 pounds!

Yes, but that was back when everyone thought the oil would flow forever, at ridiculously low prices too (at least in the US, anyway)... :p

My all time favorite was the '59 Series 62 Coupe De Ville...and, yes...in PINK!

That is damn nice, but...

If only the car and bricks were horizontal...

You should have gotten in closer, to crop out the other vehicle, and waited for the couple to move from behind it...

I took my drivers test in a 59 Sedan DeVille. I think there was about 6 inches on either side of the parallel parking poles. Sure made me a better driver. Also, some of us still choose to drive huge, heavy vehicles. My truck weighs over 6000 lbs. and is longer than 15 feet. I guess I am one of those who thinks oil will flow forever. :-P

Thats what i like about newer cars. After about 1000 miles i drove with my 435 the average consumption is on 10.1l/100km (around 23mpg). And that with a 3 litres machine with over 300hp. Not to mention that i wasnt driving slow by any means :p
My brother told me to get a hybrid instead but i think ive done enough for mother nature by driving a car that doesnt consume that much compared to some cars that you americans deive :p
