I just re-bought the Batis 18 and will be here tomorrow or Thursday!! Popflash had 2 in stock and I was fortunate to grab the last one. I did have to pay tax but all good.

Thanks Eddie!

I guess I'll be selling off the EF 16-35 along with 24LII, 50L, 85L, some extenders and tubes, flashes that I posted for sale already. I will be keeping the 135 for now though.

I'll only be keeping the 24-70II and 70-200II to use with 1DX for annual sports event. If not for that, I would've jumped ship long time ago.. haha

^^Nice, I really like the colors in that shot Eddie.

I just ordered the LowPro RX 300. This is the older version I was able to find and to order because I prefer the layout on the inside of the lid. The newer version is the AW model. This older model also has a female 1/4" threaded mount on the top of the extenable handle for attaching a camera, etc if needed...of course, I hope I get this older roller and not the newer version but one never knows anymore.

Once I get it, and hopefully get all my photo gear stowed in it, I'll put up a couple of photos for anyone else that might be thinking about getting something like this.

In situation like this is better to order from smaller store, if you ordered from Adorama or BH you will be waiting eons.

These are really nice rollers! I'm currently in the market for one as well, given its dimensions though likely not carry-on legal which would be an issue for me for international travel. I have a Pelican 1510 which great but the darn thing weighs more than the equipment I carry!

I believe you're right about this roller not being carry on legal. My purpose for the 'bag' is to use as a unified storage container for all my photo gear at home, less light stands, reflectors, etc. I have small, day bags that I would pack as needed from the roller for day trips, etc.

Well let's hope Adorama gets a shipment too.

You may want to try Precision Camera in Austin. I would normally order through them but don't want to pay taxes since it is in state. I just called them and they are out of stock too.

large camera stores don't get more stock.

So lets say Zeiss sends out 500 lenses to 100 stores, each store gets 5 lenses, so doesn't matter if there is 20 people on backorder, each store gets the same amount, that why ordering from small stores is faster, shorter backlog.
