I know I've already commented before, but I continue to enjoy all your flower photographs. You are making the 135 sing. You were debating between it and the 100L macro f/2.8. I have that lens but you are making me rethink lenses for my new to me 5Dc. I mainly use my 1D IV with the 100-400ii and I get decent flower photographs with it..... but enabled me to be open to other ideas.

Thank you for that.... and continue posting such great stuff. I look forward to your posts.

Yeah,I were between 135mm f/2L and the 100L macro f/2.8
I'm glad I choose 135mm f/2L.

In this specific picture, I think the skin tone on her face is a little bit too far away from the skin tone in on her chest - I would reduce the difference slightly between them. Your choice as to which way you would go, but I would bringing the whitest parts of her face back just a little and then bring the chest slightly towards the face by a bit more. Great work as usual.

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.
