Good day everyone!

I was asked to do a mock-up for my church on what a proposed interior design change would look like.
Along with that, I am trying to get as much feedback as I can regarding the designs overall aesthetic as well a general ideas on what a broad swath of people think of the look and feel.

I could explain it all in the post but that would be a tad redundant ... so if you would, take about 3 minutes to complete a small 6 question, multiple choice survey I created?
This info will be used to help us in our desire to be the most visually welcoming and comfortable church we can and in what we need to do to make that happen.

Sorry for the the work around but the forum will not let me directly link to the site for some reason. Just copy and past the link below in to your browser.

Take the Interior Design Opinion Poll - www.surveymonkey.com/r/LHTY3WF

Thank EVER so much!

Sitting at 186 views, but views don't help gather info. I'd love more participation, if you would be so kind!

Thanks again!

Survey taken. I am guessing here but it seems you've come up against the age old "discussion" of "this is the way it's always been and we should keep it that way" and "Why don't we try something new and perhaps a bit more modern/upbeat?"

If so, I don't envy you. It can be a daunting task.

You are correct. So many are of the 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' mindset ... and they are partially correct. It is not broken; but it is also not current and non-attractive to a younger crowd.

I read a book where the author stated that when it comes to church attendance, we all need to invite new folks to our church. But consider this, is your church a place where they'd actually want to come to? Your appearance has to relevant to the new Christian as well as the lost.

Thanks for your input. If you care to share the survey on any social media you use, feel free to do so.
