Both photo's are from the same day and night. Really amazed at how good the coolpix P900 point and shoot camera really is. Both pic's are at 35mm equivalence of 2,000mm, (357mm X 5.6x).

No cropping for either photo. I am not sure if this thread meant 1.5x crop camera's only, the P900 is a 5.6x crop.

They look good at this resolution. No problem with setting P900 shots personally
