This is an old variety of a rose which is growing in nextdoors yard.
The colour of this is a real nice garden colour I think.

I agree. You see it then you want to go back and take a second look to make sure you saw what you thought you saw.

A lily from my wife's garden. Unfortunately, the FZ1000 is a bit soft at the full zoom (400mm) Still though, it is more than sufficient for screen viewing considering this was a hand-held shot.
