I've not posted in a long time, but I thought this one had potential. Canon 5D3 with single (bare) Profoto B1. I've extended the cloth and added some background elements. What do you think folks? C&C most welcome.

Moon, boat and trees disorient me, they are not in the proper size perspective. It made me a little nuts when I first looked at it. I wold soften the shadow on her left leg too. But that is just my opinion, it is your work and creation.

You've got the moon facing the wrong direction as well. The trees.....please make them go away. They look way wrong. The boat looks like a toy. In fact, have you added the entire background?

This image doesn't work at all for me....sorry.

I immediately thought to myself..."why would he not edit out the boat"? Also...what the previous posters have already said.

It does look surreal, but if that was your intent, then why not? WeeGee painted melting clocks & made a lot of money... ; )

Sorry for delay in responding (I'm not getting any notifications any more from this site!)

Anyway . . . . harsh stuff guys. It's clear you don't like this image or get the concept. Fair enough, I can take it on the chin :)

Here's a couple more but straight out the camera from the same session for what its worth.

soften the flash with an umbrella or softbox, place flash higher relative to model, and lower flash power by a 1 stop.
