I might add that most if not all of my LE shots are with 3 stack filters: Lee 3 stop GND soft, Singh Ray 3 stop reverse, and Haida 10 stop from that order starting from the outside working toward the lens. Here's more samples.

making it almost 10 minutes of long exposure..
samyang 24mm tilt shift, shifted.
