Our transport from the airport failed to show up for almost an hour. When we got to our hotel, they had no rooms available even though I called them when I booked it last April to tell them we would be getting in between 3-4 am. It was all typed out on my check in papers the hotel had but they really blew it & I lost my noodles with them. Ended up being shuttled across town to another hotel, then after 4 hours sleep, woken & shuttled back to our original hotel. Grrrrrr. They did upgrade our room & refunded us one night so hopefully the rest of the trip smooths out. Just got back from watching fireworks over the falls & ready to get some sleep. Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

MaureenSouza Ms. MODERATOR Something Spectacular! More info | We went up on the Sky View Ferris wheel where we could take aerial shots down on the falls. Pretty spectacular. Tonight we are going to dinner up in the Skylon rotating restaurant, then on to a boat cruise up to the falls. Today we walked several miles & crossed the border to go view the falls on the New York side. The view changes from every perspective. Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
