I dusted off my old my old 50 (the cheap one) and was really excited to use it. I think my autofocus system is starting to die. I rarely get good, sharp images these days… It might be time to upgrade finally.

So many potential shots get tossed out these days. Frustrating, lol. I think I bought my XTI new in '07, and it's the only DSLR I've ever used.

after my last post in B&W got critiqued I was a bit discouraged, but i am very new to photography and should expect and invite critique and pointers so on this one i tried to be mindful to get in close and get more at my subjects level. feel free to critique, but if so please point me in the right direction so i can continue to try and improve
