I see.

I'd be pushing for better access next time if it were me.

Hmmmm... Every other photographer got "3 and out". I was permitted to shoot the entire show, from (with few restrictions) anywhere I wanted to shoot from. I don't know how much "better access" you think I could've gotten. On the drum riser? Tyler wouldn't want me there and I wouldn't want to go there.

You'd mentioned that there was no audience in the first shot. I provided the second, which has audience in it, and it wasn't high enough. I'm all for being accepting of constructive criticism, but I'm slowly getting the impression that you're probably just not a fan of "bow photos taken from behind the band" photos...

Just shut up and smile...

Wow, I couldn't disagree with that more.

Well, on this current tour their stage set-up for the first three songs isn't really conducive to dynamic photography, so I'll concede that. That said, I have photos of plenty of bands which don't "change" what they do too often. On prior tours (this was my 9th time shooting them) they've been a lot of fun to shoot...

That's interesting to hear. I guess it goes to show not every band is the same every show.
