ZEISS Batis 2/25 Images

want to hear your opinion - is it worth upgrade Sony 28mm f/2.0 to Batis 25mm f/2.0? Will use mostly for wedding as wide angle prime.

Depends on how you use it IMO. Stopped down with the corners thrown OOF, the 28 will work just as well as the Batis 25. Where the Batis excels is when shooting landscapes and what-not where you want edge to edge sharpness.

My first attempt at cooking brisket. I had put it on the rack shortly before I took this shot. Hopefully, time, temps and smoke will work in my favor but only time will tell in the end.

Hopefully, I"ll be able to upload an after shot that is mouth watering. I know that to you Texas boys, this brisket is tiny but for a city slicker like me doing his first one, the size is just about right.

Yeah I still own both at the moment. The batis 25 is becoming my favourite lens but the FE28 is still a good performer. Its also smaller and cheaper. My plan was to sell it when I got the batis but finding it hard to let it go for some reason

2/25 on the A7R2 is a nice combo by the looks of it.
