Please log in to see the good quality stuff. Not an overly exciting shot, but it was shot with a 600mm, and tracking anything perfectly with that much glass hanging off the body is tricky.

Have a play around with your distance from the subject, it can be one of the most influencing factors of a panning shot. I shoot all my pans handheld, or with a monopod when using my 300mm. Untitled
