A Grey Heron visiting a canal yesterday just before nightfall. The eye is in sharp focus but he was very close and I was shooting wide open so the long bill left the focus zone. I still like the shot though.

Very Nice. I have a photo trip to Yellowstone planned for September and must admit that I'm struggling with taking my 1DIII instead of my 7D2. I really like the features of the 7D2 but the focus hit rate just can't be trusted like my 1DII.

I had a customer reach out for an individual action session for a 9-yo swim star. This is on the 100-400 L, at about 45 meters.
