Since there is no raw food (uncooked) thread, I started this one. Post whatever raw ingredients, spices etc and enjoy :)
Garlic and some raw veggies ready for a Chinese stir fry.

James, I did. Here are the shots but not the greatest. My problem is that I never have time to shoot any food after cooking because my family is desperate :)
The leek and potato tart in phyllo was delicious and so was the Chinese chicken with almonds dish :)
