** I searched around and did not see one yet. But, If there is one, I will delete. **

I do not have any submissions yet, but a couple friends asked me if I wanted to go shoot ones plane(unsure what plane) with another's car(Austin Martin) then go do some Ariel city shots of Nashville, So was looking for an inspirational thread.

Post away or link me to the current thread. This will probably be a smaller thread, but love drying both together.

Doing that to a 356 is just sacrilege........but it's way cool.

Remember what the DorMouse said.....feed your head.

Dean Jeffries was a famous California customizer from the Los Angeles area. The Porsche was his personal car that he used to launch his career. It was modified in 1957 when he was working at George Barris' shop. Dean was best known for The Mantaray - a custom hot rod with an asymmetric aluminum body and a bubble top that used a Cobra engine and a Maserati chassis, the Monkeemobile, The Green Hornet's Black Beauty, and the Landmaster from the movie Damnation Alley. The Porsche is a classic California custom that has appeared in many magazines including the cover of Rod & Custom in 1959. It has been faithfully restored to the condition that it was when Dean first drove it out of George Barris' shop.
