About a month ago I was very lucky to see a very-rarely-seen down here night bird, a Tengmalm's Owl, in the thick, dark, dump forests of Rodopi mountains in northern Greece. Fortunately, I had the tripod with me (which I rarely use!).

While the 7D Mark2 and the Tamron 150-600 are a good pairing for wildlife, it's fun to find other uses for it also;

I actually think there are lots of us shooting the 7D2/Tamzooka combo. It is my favorite combo unless I am shooting concerts.
