I don't know if that had anything to do with it or not, but I am not able to adjust the manual power of the unit more than 3 clicks. It is set at 1/128 and I can go up to 1 dot below 1/32 and it stops and goes back down to 1/128 when I turn the mode knob no matter what direction.

Aug 14, 2016 17:19 | #4 Mine are upgraded to 1.8.8 and I am able to change power without a problem. What I do is start in ETTL (press lightning bolt button to get to ETTL). Then press the mode button to switch to manual. Press the second from left button (+/-) and turn the dial to change the setting. I don't know if this is the easiest way or the correct way but it's how I do it. My Gear: More than I need, less than I want.
