I had the privilege to be the photographer for a beautiful couple's wedding at Coral Gables Country Club in Miami, FL. Here is a photo from the party. Please, if you have any suggestions I'd love to hear them. I really love my job!

thanks!

I like the shot. Do you have one without that back flash going off? Kind of takes away from her profile. And did you have someone back there holding that flash?

I guess I'll be the dissenter.......I think the chandelier is a huge distraction from the couple. It's sticking right between their faces.

After looking again, agree, should have positioned them a little better.

Looks good, nice emotion and connection going on.

Constructive stuff: Maybe I'm bugging out, but maybe check the verticals? Also, bride's foot so close to the edge tugs at me a bit because I always think of it being printed and set in a frame, and how that foot would probably be touching that frame or slightly cropped by it.

Very best,

I like the concept, particularly the couple's pose and interaction.

Keep an eye on composition and exposure: There's too much dead space on the left of the image, and as was stated previously, the chandelier behind the couple is somewhat distracting. The couple is also positioned too far to the right. The bride's veil might be a bit too blown out. I did a quick crop for comparison.

I understand that there might have been time constraints, and it's better to get the shot rather than have no image. You have some very good images on your web site, and it clearly shows that you like what you do.

Hi Amadauss, sorry for the late reply, I've been super busy lately. No, I don't have one without flash. For this shot I actually put a strobe on a stand right behind the couple.

Thanks for your comment. :-)
