It's funny how this thread has become a bit goofy!
Anyways, over the years, I've bounced around with my camera(s), and, well, "anything goes"...street photography, events, sports, hey, like I said, when you're out in public, well, "anything goes"...
Now, things have normally been, well, cool, in fact I've had some street people be downright playful, although there was this one guy on a bus who looked rather serious:
For something different, I've had some lady friends who have wanted to have outings at a nearby "nude beach", with me packing a camera -- well, talk about interesting photo op! Things went by without incident, except for when one day the friend I was with decided that she wanted to get involved in a volleyball game, fun, I sat down with my camera, nice pics (none to show here)...
Well, at some point a couple "young ladies" showed up in bikinis -- maybe around 18, maybe in their 20s, who knows. But at some point one came up to me and complained because I had taken photos, and then they left, Oh Well...although they were photogenic playing volleyball/1

Anyway, on track -- one time I was bouncing around a local park. It had one of those skateboarding setups, I got a few shots of the boys bouncing around, and then moved on. I came upon a "dog park", a fenced area where you can walk in and unleash your dog,and a good time can be had! I happen to be a dog-lover, so I stopped to grab some photos, hey, people and their dogs having fun!
Well, at some point I headed out. I was bicycling, so I hopped on my bike and headed down the (public) road, when all of a sudden, an SUV swerved in front of me and stopped. Fortunately I was able to stop without slamming into the thing. A guy hopped out, came around and started accusing me of oggling his daughter st the dog park. I didn't know what the heck he was talking about, and he actually acknowledged that neither he or his wife saw me taking photos of this daughter, but they claimed that I was "looking" and to him that gave him cause to ride out and run me on my bicycle off the road...
Well, I did my best to be peaceable, and in fact things ended up without further incident. I have, though pondered:
If, in that incident anyone would have been in "trouble" it would have been the husband/father for for using his vehicle against me on my bicycle in that way. In fact, as I came to the forced stop, I could have pulled out my cell phone and dialed 911, and as we had our conversation, the cops would have come, and with the evidence of his SUV blocking my bicycle, well, not so good for that husband/father. Well, I didn't make that call, but if that were to happen to me again, well...?
