nice Gixxer ! Can you post this to the lens sample for the 24-105mm f/3.5-5.6? It's still empty and I think I'm not the only one to be curious about this lens. I created this thread because I hesitated to buy the 6D or the pack 6D + 24-105. Could you show us there pictures at 24mm and 105mm too? Would be great !

Lovely series Annie, it is making me seriously consider the wee 50 mm :)

No problem, I will add some shots in the next day or two.

I find the 24-105MM STM very good. It certainly performs as well as the 24-105L version that I owned. If you can live with the F5.6 aperture at the long end I see no reason to purchase the "L" version. It will certainly be a better option than the L for video if or when Canon announce an updated 6D with dual pixel focusing.

Thanks guys! Chris, Nifty has now been replaced with the STM version but I'm sure it's just as sharp.

They are taken on the Applecross hills (north-west Scotland). The road ones are on the Bealach na Bà road and the others are within a 2-hour hike from the top of the pass.

Very cool picture. Do you know what the blue light is on the right center horizon?
