So when I get to the section of the local wetlands that has the cormorants I stop just before and put it on ....So far so good but Im sure it wont be long before they get smart and work out its me even with camo on :)

The ones you have down under are pretty amazing looking!!!

Here in Florida the double crested cormorants are so adapted to people that at our local wetlands they sit on the railings posing for pictures...they breed successfully in full view of tourists, birders, spectators every year, maybe a hundred feet away from the nests on the boardwalks....

Photographing birds on a college campus is like playing a videogame with the cheats on. They really did not care about my presence, which was fine by me.

Are you kidding,...I have my own pet Downy .....lol I must say I have been trying hard to get the perfect shot of her....still trying I have spent way to much time shooting birds this spring. My buddies think I'm nuts..
