Here in Florida the double crested cormorants are so adapted to people that at our local wetlands they sit on the railings posing for pictures...they breed successfully in full view of tourists, birders, spectators every year, maybe a hundred feet away from the nests on the boardwalks.... Thats what I would kill for actually....a shot of a cormorant nest!.. Clipper
