Cocoa Tigers in Black Vs Trinity Prep in white. It was a real exposure challenge having black vs white uniforms! I shoot for Cocoa and we won in overtime 26-23! The image is the final one in a series resulting in an 8 yard loss.

I use Canon gear...have several bodies and lenses and am quite pleased with them.

Rented the 300mm f/4 for this game. It was a tough game for me because of this. I really want the 300mm f/2.8.

First Friday night game shooting my new Sigma 120-300 sport. Took this shot in the first quarter catching my Grandson breaking through the line and making the first touchdown of the game.

my 7d2 will do 2.8 1/800 at 3200 iso
I figure the 5d4 should be better

What do you mean should be better? I shot higher later on in the game with shutter speeds at around 1/800 - 1/1000

I figured you could shoot 1/1000 at 2.8 at 3200 or less easily
my bad
its a trade off with iso and ss
constant battle for all of us
high iso noise vs slow ss blur

its all good I was just wondering

No worries. The areas I shoot from time to time have somewhat dark fields. You have some really bright fields if you're able to get a way with the 1/800 3200 ISO :)
