I'm sure I posted this one winter post return from Quebec.
It is now, thanks to AdoramaPix, printed in metal and hanging on the owl wall
in the camera room-

Except for sharpening the eye a little, this was straight OOC. It is rare to see the light that golden.

Taking bird pics from my bedroom window on the third floor (fourth floor in America) is usually not a very good idea but I still do it and sometimes it actually gives me something nice. Like this dorsal view of a Grey Heron flying by over the canal and beneath my window at the closing of the day. I just thought the semi-circle wing span was pretty cool.
