An informal portrait at lunchtime of a colleague, using my new-to-me EF 100-400 Mk II.
A viewer at work stated that it had a High School yearbook kind of feel, but I view it as a nice image that was made in a jiffy.
The subject ultimately benefited from standing there for a whole 3 minutes (he got many other images as well).
I really like the lens and I love the 1DX Mk II. I bet I come to love the lens, once I get to use it some more.

As a general rule from a cropping of humans in portraits, you don't want to 'chop off' people's hands - either include the entire hand or crop it tighter above or below the elbow.
