Is there no LR profile for the B18?
There is one but it's not applied automatically. Select Zeiss from the drop down menu and then LR will select the lens profile. Not sure why it does that.

They are just listed as E 18 F2.8. it's hard for lightroom to know what exactly that could be. While other lensrs from sony, Sigma etc... Have full name.

It works for my Zeiss Loxia 21 but not the Batis 18. - Alfredo -

Unfortunately I didn't have the working distance I needed to get the shot I wanted so I switched to the 70-200 for the shot I posted yesterday. I may try again when we get the next full moon, but I'll definitely have to do a better job of finding a suitable subject first. IMAGE LINK: https://flic.kr/p/LRHhe5VanillaImaging.com

That sensor is a wee bit too sensitive as it is. VanillaImaging.com

Sep 17, 2016 04:34 | #24315 Tape trick does not work well for the a7rii, works great for the original A7r. Sony must be using a different proximity sensor. Light dims works a tad bit too well at times, your eye needs to be on the eye piece, so experiment as needed. A tiny 1x1 mm worked for me. If you wear glasses, maybe less!
