I am guessing flash tube is gone? The modeling lamp works OK. Unit powers up fine. When I press the test button or through my PW, it says it flashed but nothing from the flash tube. Glad I tested before going out for a shoot tonight.

I had the same issue a while back. I had a spare tube to swap in - and no luck. It had to be sent in for repair - luckily mine was still in warranty, so I don't have details as to cost or specific repair. Turn-around time seems reasonable, but I don't remember exactly how long.

Good luck!

That's why you try to have two spares, one in case it blows before shoot and one in case it blows during shoot. If I have four lites I'll have five spares just to be safe.i bumped my light once and it blew taught me to have spares on hand.

I took the tube out and it seems the bottom leg has bent pin and seem to move. Could be that.

I have 2 AB400s and 2 AB800s. Going to take 2 AB400s as I like to shoot wider apertures and mine seen consistent at low (1/16) power settings. I am thinking maybe pick Digi bees instead of getting more Einstens.
