Oct 03, 2016 10:02 | #464 This is one of a sequence of images of this Kingfisher I took a few weeks ago at Low Barns wildlife refuge, Durham (N E England). I remember noticing that the bird turned his head at one point but until I looked at the full sized image I didn't realise it was because a Wasp was flying very close to him. He didn't seem too bothered, just curious.
