You can af Canon lenses on m43 with metabones too... Imagine sticking a sigma 150-600 on m43... You would get 300 to 1200mm lens ;)

I have my next GAS and its not sony.

I have longed for the long from sony for too long.

In Feb or so depending on if i have a job still.... I will be looking at the new Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II and 300/4 which is a 600/4 on the 4/3rs system

http://www.stevehuffphoto.com …s-review-by-craig-litten/ (external link)

the combo will set me back about 3800 but for a 600/4 that is really good. Plus since i shoot with an Oly guy I dont need to get any other lenses for this system cause I can just borrow his lol.

It will be a dedicated 600 set up in my bag next to my sony stuff. I will probably lock the 90 macro to the 6300 in that case..... not sure if I would keep the 70-300 or not.

Sigh been done with GAS for a while... probably the longest I have gone but oh well.

I would buy the kit with 12-40 2.8. amazing lens

Poof and I are there! Already planning to sub out the GX8 with the M1ii as soon as it is available. I waited on the GH5=no show at Photokina, plus it is even (reportedly) more videocentric...I'm a
stills person and the M1ii is for me. On last weeks paddle camping trip the GX8 was in my lap the whole 4 days (in a dry bag for the 27 hours of non stop rain we had); luckily the PL 100-400 will
work just fine on the new Olympus. Even luckier, Poof is fully versed in Oly (M5ii and M10ii) and she can hold my hand through the abyssmal menus. She even said I can borrow her 300/4 on occasion :)
I do have the 40-150/2.8 I bought in Oly.

Nekro I can vouch for the Pan-Leica 100-400; everyday everywhere it is with me. I got my most popular
shot in Iceland via that lens-

Another "properly" done DTLA shot. Wanted to do blue hour for this shot, was actually my first shot of the night (got there a tad late, couldnt get the second shot as good).

Had to cut my shooting short to have dinner with the wife, she waited for me to take a few snaps

just really love the CV 10 in these scenarios, it really shines.

Only downside I see is I will need to add a forum to my mix..... hard enough to keep up with the 6300 page and the weekly challenge page

that is really cool...and cool that you have bridged with that kind of access...the majority of ours don't have pedestrian access, and if they do they have jump stop fences to keep lunatics from chucking themselves into traffic...

lol, probably because of the age of this freeway and this section (lots of one way streets in DTLA). Other newer sections do have fences, and filled with homeless camping.

If the em1 m2 is what it is on paper I think I'll pull the trigger. I've been waiting for the a73 or a72 prices to go down a bit. I like the looks of the 12-100f4 olympus pro lens.I think em1m2 with that lens will be killer.the 50mp hand held mode sounds great. This cam sounds insane. 60fps seriously WTH ߘ

I want to learn more about that 60FPS mode, shooting 60fps in 20mp sounds insane, I wonder for how many frames/seconds.

When I was at White sands that was the Lens my buddy had... I couldnt look at it but I saw some of the pics on his cam and they were very sharp zoomed in. Now that it is released I have seen him post a few of them and they are really nice. for the size it is amazing.

Still sony guy but Oly has some great stuff and i thing the EM1 ii will be solid.
