Where's the 10-24mm love?

I'll be picking up a fuji UWA hopefully very soon. I just find it odd that many of the POTN Fuji user do not have them?

My 16-35 f/2.8mk2 on my canon is my go to lens for wedding documentation to casual. I feel at a loss without a UWA with my fuji gear.

Where are the users??

I only have a couple shots but here are two recent ones. Great lens but its hard to find a fuji lens that isnt pretty great! The times I've been reaching for a wide angle have been for milkyway work so I've been using the rokinon 12mm f2 for the faster aperture.

I'm sure there are others using this lens, however I think most are using the fuji camera for general day to day stuff so you'll find more with the "normal" focal ranges.

I bought one for my current Europe trip. It has been my goto lens 90% of the time so far on either my X Pro 2 or X-T1.

Tested the lens yesterday and I'll have to say the IQ is almost like how I navigate with my 5dmk3 w/ canon UWA setup. The way it captures the images is better than my 16-35 f/2.8 with Canon 5dmk3. The fuji 10-24 is more parallel to the 16-35 f/4IS in image quality with insane sharpness and micro contrast.

The real test for me is to have a HSS capable fuji flash/bright sun in an outdoor event or family session with the 10-24mm. For me I'm curious how this lens focuses in direct sunlight. The Canon 16-35 f/2.8 does extremely well with intentional sun shots directly in the lens vs the f4IS.

All I need is a OE fuji flash with TTL/HSS then I can feel more comfortable. I'm not thrilled with an f/4 zoom but for my purposes for my fuji system it will work. I truly wished for an f/2.8 UWA from Fuji regardless of size. Both Canon 16-35 f/2.8 and f/4IS isn't very heavy.

For my style this UWA was an absolute must have for my comfort zone in my workflow.....what a killer lens that will go along side my favourite 16mm!!!

This is where I'm still so comfortable with my canon setup.

My only complaint with the lens is the lack of weather sealing. I had my Xpro2 and the 10-24 pretty wet, not drenched or anything though, up in Scotland a couple weeks ago. I did my best to keep the 10-24 out of it but it still got some. So far it seems to be fine though.

I'll have mine on Wednesday, I can't wait. Since the 17-40 was my main landscape lens on the 5D3, now that I've moved to Fuji I fully expect the 10-24 to be just about permanently attached. I too wish it was weather sealed though. I guess I'll have to be just a little more cautious regarding weather than I was with my Canon gear. But that's what plastic shopping bags and good gear insurance is for

This lens is glued to my XT-1.

My go to lens with my Canon full frame's is usually my 24Lmk2 or 16-35 f/2.8mk2.

I've been so pleased to have a native UWA on my fuji bodies.

I am looking into getting a Fuji setup and I gotta say, the wide angle bothered me but learning about this lens and the samyang 12 it seems to be covered. I as well am not thrilled about the F4, but like you the 24Lii is my go to/favorite lens and having that view and 1.4 is pretty amazing. Still, I made due with a sigma 10-20 for a long time on my xsi, I presume that this lens is better than that.
