This is what happens, ISO 25,600, shutter 1/5000, when the better-half grabs your camera for a shot.
Before she grabbed the 1DXii it was 800 and 1/1250! Regardless we kept the turtle from getting smushed
on the road he was trying to cross; and this after 3 hours of hiking in the rain.

This weekends assignment - Chicago Marathon .. lots of shooting in the Canyons , but great weather for a fast , flat race and always a bonanza for people shots w/ 1 MM spectators ... The leaders ...
