Wow.... Lots'a great photos in this thread lately. Getting caught up seeing all the Osprey shots reminded me of our trip to southern FL earlier this year.

Incoming, then snack time.

I stopped by the lake this morning to see if the pelicans had made it south in force yet, and the they have. However, I was really surprised to see these two today - in mid October.

Thanks, I will try that.
I'm stuck in the middle of a 24 hour shift at the moment, or I would play with it now. You are welcome to have a go at it, if you would like ?

It's built like a pro camera. I reckon it feels more solid than than the 5d4. Just my opinion. Dual cards slots, pro focus system.

I have been rambling on about this a bit lately, but I think dollar for dollar, it's canons best value camera

Yep...

I was really looking forward to moving back to FF (with a plan to go 5DIII) on my last body upgrade, but, after looking at it closely, and despite coveting a FF, I couldn't go the 5DIII over the 7DII for two reasons...

1) Cost
2) Just how much I would loose (reach and speed)

If only I could swing both...

This was a tough one, shot almost straight into the sun. I actually wished I had the presence of mind to grab my 5DIV to see how it would work, but the 500 was on the 7D2 at the time.

STIC, I have both, find myself using the 7DII more, I only use the 5DIII in low light, for portrait and landscape, for everything else 7DII. Files are very close in most situations
