And this shot of a 222 Sqn Vc has them both nicely in the background, three (non consecutive) generations of RAF fighters.

Always cognizant of the Spitfire posting rules, I looked for another one that would fit this thread, and remembered this, also a 222 Sqn aircraft, but a later MK IX and IWM Duxford, not RAFM Hendon
