I would suggest rather than having individual galleries for all of your shoots, instead have a slideshow on your "Events", "portraits" & "Weddings" pages, and include a mixture of 20 or so of your very-best images in there. Your website is best used to attract clients, and research shows that the more clicking they have to do to get to your portfolio, the less chances they will actually bother. What's more, those that do finally get to see some pictures, then have to go backwards and forwards between pages to see different examples of your work. Taking that further, you can use your home page to show your 20 best images from all genre's as you'd be amazed how many people judge you based on that first impression. Have a read about SEO and traffic behaviour on the web and you'll be pretty shocked at how little people actually bother to fully read a website.
In this busy day and age a lot of people won't bother sadly. Also, because you only have three galleries in each section, it kinda looks like you haven't got much experience, and you've only done three shoots. If you jumble a selection of images together in a slideshow, even if you don't have a large amounts of shoots under your belt you can still show off all of your potential in the best possible way.
If you want to have individual galleries for client's photos, then create a password protected area where they can view ALL of the delivered images, and then they can share that password with whoever they want.
As for the names, for the above reasons names aren't really an issue.
