Took the X-T2 out for a much overdue long exposure trial.
10-24 is sharp from wide open, and in regards to X-T2 perhaps I may shoot with larger apertures than I would with 5DIII due to its sensor pixel density - 24Mp APS-C as opposed to 22.3MP FF.

We go to visit friends in North Carolina, and one of the places we always go to shop has a couple of old red telephone booths. Every time I saw them I kept thinking "I'm going to do a superman shoot there." Well, it finally happened...

Setup shot and info.
Camera used was a Fuji X-Pro 2 with 23mm 1.4 @ f/2.8, ISO 200

I forgot to tell you that you should pick up a Zhonghi lens turbo ii also, then you won't lose your "full frame look" with your manual lenses ;)

Do you have/had one of those Lucas?

In what fitment? Can't see nothing similar in Leica M mount. M42 might be handy for the Helios 44-2 though.....

I do, I have the EF mount one (to use with all my EF adapted manual lenses). It won't work with a Leica lens unfortunately due to the flange distance, but they make them for just about every SLR lens mount.

We made a pit-stop at a reptile zoo of sorts on our way home from vacation, here's a few shots

Thinking that.... I still have my M42 and Yashica to EF somewhere. I need to have a good think about this without getting confused over matters lmao

Seems like Zhongyi only make them for EOS or M42.......

May as well go EOS because I have indeed found my C/Y & M42 EOS adaptors. That'll give me ML28, ML50, Helios 44-2 with full frame look on the Fuji. The 44-2 ain't gonna be no use on APS-c!!

Means a Fuji swap though will mean binning the A7, Voigtlander 40/1.4, Leica Tele-Elmarit 90/2.8, FD28, FD50, FD85 & the FE35/2.8....... On the other hand, that lot should raise a few ££££'s ;)

Anyway, weather is looking better for this coming weekend so 'proper' Fuji testing can commence ;)

I need a Canon 16-35 f/2.8 MK3 for crazy micro contrast images for my events work when I use my canon gear. The f/4IS was great but I really still need f/2.8 for most of my photography.

The Fuji 10-24mm is my UWA for my "fun" camera. I just cant get over how beautiful the images turns out every time I pull out this glass.

I do notice very little posed photos of portraits on this thread. For now my fuji is my secondary. Once I get my X-T2 (no rush) I'll probably test the waters for my outdoor family sessions once fuji ever released their EF-X500 flash.

For now I'm enjoying my fuji gear for the pure enjoyment of casual photography.

Spent the day with my 80 year old uncle in a local country house near me, we enjoyed catching up during lunch and a long walk of the extensive grounds.
Popped this off on our walk back with the Samyang 2/12
