Wales (UK) - 30 second seascapes

Took a short camping trip to the coast, with a view to playing with the Lee Big Stopper - not fantastic results (due to lack of full sunset) but I'm pleased with the potential:

Is it seaworthy?

Very nice, where was the 3rd one taken?

What's holding the ballhead to the pan?

The first two were on Fairbourne beach, the other two on Barmouth beach, round by the harbour.

The ball head is held onto the frying pan with (i think) a 3/8 UNF coach bolt (dome head that I had to file a square hole for).

The frying pan held out rather well - it got a little wet but diverted any inward tide splashes down and away from the camera, although some sea water did end up in the base - this was swilled out with river water when I returned to the campsite:
